چکیده
In this work, the effect of an early oxidative stress on human endothelial cells induced by menadione was studied using a combined methodology label-free Raman imaging and fluorescence staining. Menadione-induced ROS-dependent inflammation in aorta (HAEC) with focus changes cytochrome, proteins, nucleic acids lipids content their distribution cells. Fluorescence staining (ICAM-1, VCAM-1, vWF, LipidTox, MitoRos DCF) used to confirm ROS generation. The results showed that short time, exposure did not cause apoptosis or necrosis (Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit) within 3 h timescale measurement. On other hand, incubation, result vWF) associated increased formation (MitoRos suggesting stress-mediated inflammation. Chemometric analysis spectral data enabled determination spectroscopic markers menadione-induced stress–mediated including decrease bands intensity cytochrome (604, 750, 1128, 1315 1585 cm?1), (785 proteins (1005 cm?1) lipid (722, 1085, 1265, 1303, 1445 1660 without signature cell nucleus. conclusion, resulting featured significant alterations number biochemical mitochondria cellular compartments detected spectroscopy. Radiation-Induced Glycogen Accumulation Detected by Single Cell Raman Spectroscopy Is Associated with Radioresistance that Can Be Reversed by Metformin
Altered cellular metabolism is a hallmark of tumor cells and contributes to a host of properties associated with resistance to radiotherapy. Detection of radiation-induced biochemical changes can reveal unique metabolic pathways affecting radiosensitivity that may serve as attractive therapeutic targets. Using clinically relevant doses of radiation, we performed label-free single cell Raman spe...

Concentrations of multiple analytes were simultaneously measured in whole blood with clinical accuracy, without sample processing, using near-infrared Raman spectroscopy. Spectra were acquired with an instrument employing nonimaging optics, designed using Monte Carlo simulations of the influence of light-scattering-absorbing blood cells on the excitation and emission of Raman light in turbid me...
متن کاملBiosensing Based on Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy by Using Metal Nanoparticles
Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a promising tool in the analytical science because it provides good selectivity and sensitivity without the labeling process required by fluorescence detection. This technique consists of locating the target analyte on nanometer range of roughed Au-nanoparticles. The presence of the metal nanoparticles provides a tremendous enhancement to the result...
متن کاملRaman-induced Kerr-effect dual-comb spectroscopy.
We report on the first (to our knowledge) demonstration of nonlinear dual-frequency-comb spectroscopy. In multi-heterodyne femtosecond Raman-induced Kerr-effect spectroscopy, the Raman gain resulting from the coherent excitation of molecular vibrations by a spectrally narrow pump is imprinted onto the femtosecond laser frequency comb probe spectrum. The birefringence signal induced by the nonli...
